Restumping Sale (restumpingsalevic.com) is a referral service operated by Dojo Web Group Pty Ltd, ABN 26 659 632 336, an Australian business.

What we do

When you call or send an enquiry, we record your details and pass them to one registered building practitioner who works in your area and does the type of work you need. That builder contacts you directly, inspects your home and provides a quote.

How we choose builders

• We only refer enquiries to builders who are registered with the Building and Plumbing Commission (Victoria) for the relevant type of work.
• We check their registration on the public register before referring work to them.
• We send each enquiry to one builder, not several.

We do not supervise, guarantee or warrant any builder's work, advice, prices or conduct. Please do your own checks before signing a contract, including checking the builder's registration yourself on the Building and Plumbing Commission's website.

How we are paid

Using this service is free for homeowners. You never pay us anything.

Builders may pay us a fee for referrals, either per enquiry or as an ongoing arrangement. At the time of writing, we are not charging builders for referrals. If that changes, we will update this page. Any fee is a matter between us and the builder and is not a charge to you.

Your contract is with the builder

If you go ahead with any work, your contract is directly with the builder, not with us. In Victoria, larger domestic building jobs need a written major domestic building contract, and above a set value the builder must have domestic building insurance. Your builder should explain this before you sign.

Phone calls and our booking assistant

Calls to this service are answered by an AI voice assistant and are recorded and transcribed so your details are passed on accurately. A person reviews every enquiry. See our privacy policy.
