This policy applies to Restumping Sale (restumpingsalevic.com), operated by Dojo Web Group Pty Ltd, ABN 26 659 632 336 ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, suburb or address, a description of the problem and any photos you upload.
• Phone calls: your phone number, a recording of the call and a written transcript and summary.
• Basic technical information: such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the page you came from. This helps us understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To pass your enquiry to a builder who can help, to follow up if an enquiry goes astray, to improve our service, and to keep records of enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• One builder. We share your enquiry details with one registered builder in your area so they can contact you and quote.
• Service providers who help us run this service, including website hosting (Cloudflare), phone and AI call handling (Twilio and Vapi), and email and document storage (Google). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

Call recordings and AI

Calls are answered by an AI voice assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and you are told this at the start of the call. Recordings help us pass on your details accurately and check the quality of the service. If you don't want to be recorded, you can use the form on this website instead.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records and call recordings for up to two years, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure, access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information we haven't asked for.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
